Kimpton Cabana Hotel
Currently the Crowne Plaza Cabana Palo Alto, the property is set for an exciting $10M renovation in 2025. Upon completion, it will be reborn as the Kimpton Cabana Hotel, part of the prestigious IHG Hotels & Resorts family. Every aspect of the hotel will be revitalized with a modern design and state-of-the-art amenities, including guest rooms, public spaces, food and beverage outlets, meeting spaces, and outdoor areas.
As the Kimpton Cabana Palo Alto, the hotel will offer the full array of exceptional amenities and services synonymous with the Kimpton brand, elevating the property to the upper upscale category.
Santa Rosa
Round Barn Project
Located on the expansive grounds of the former Hilton Santa Rosa and the historic Round Barn, which guarded the northern gateway to Santa Rosa for 118 years before being burned in the 2017 Sonoma County fire, the new Round Barn Resort & Spa is set to redefine luxury and lifestyle accommodations in Santa Rosa. The first phase of the project will open its doors in 2025 featuring an upscale hotel with 108 elegantly designed guest rooms, a large outdoor pool, fitness center, and on-site dining.
In the second phase of development, guests will enjoy luxury suites and bungalows, alongside a host of exceptional amenities spread across several acres of beautifully manicured grounds. These will include multiple dining outlets, a luxurious spa, a wine tasting room, outdoor recreation facilities, and stunning indoor-outdoor venues for memorable events.
