Mountain View
Hampton Inn
This exciting redevelopment venture will demolish the existing SureStay Mountain View and be replaced with a modern Hampton Inn featuring 153 guest rooms. The new property will feature an expanded lobby area, public space, and an outdoor common area with an adjacent spa and fitness center.
Sunnyvale
Sunnyvale Hotel
This exciting new venture currently does not have a name, or a brand attached but will include a six-story, 152-room hotel. The hotel will feature a contemporary design aesthetic and offer an outdoor courtyard and green roof terraces, a restaurant and bar, a fitness room, and meeting spaces.
Petaluma
Hampton Inn
A reimagining of the existing Hampton Inn Hotel at the historic Silk Mill, this new project will include a new two-story building with 18 new guest rooms, bringing the total to 93. We are ensuring historical integrity and complying with the standards set by the Secretary of the Interior for historic structures.
